Help & FAQ
How the platform works, what the risks are, and how to reach us.
What exactly am I investing in?
You subscribe to one of the three FantheOne × KCWorld core projects. Each project has its own special purpose vehicle (SPV) that issues that project's RWA Units (1 Unit = 1 USDT subscribed). Your Units represent the contractual investment rights defined in the investment agreement — your funds go only to the project you chose.
How are distributions calculated?
Each month, the project's actual revenue is reported and reconciled in the treasury ledger. Disclosed costs and the exit reserve are deducted to arrive at the distributable profit, which is split pro-rata across RWA Units held at the monthly snapshot. The full basis — revenue, costs, reserve, per-unit amount — is published with every distribution.
Distributions vary with project performance. There is no fixed return and no principal protection.
What is the Investment Bonus?
A tiered allotment of additional RWA Units of the same project you subscribe to — from 1% (1,000 USDT) up to 5% (100,000 USDT). The bonus supply is included in the pre-disclosed max supply of each offering. It is a benefit to you as the investor; it is unrelated to referral rewards.
Which countries can participate?
Eligibility is governed by the platform's country policy engine and verified against your KYC documents. Residents of restricted countries — including the Republic of Korea and the United States — cannot subscribe at this time. The policy for your declared country is shown before you subscribe, and the server re-verifies it at the moment of subscription.
Can I sell or transfer my RWA?
Not during the MVP period — transfers are fully locked at the token contract level (mint, burn and administrative recovery only). Secondary transfers between eligible investors are planned to open after regulatory approval. Until then, plan to hold for the full investment term.
What happens at the end of the 24-month term?
Exit is executed per the models fixed in your investment agreement at issuance — redemption (settle and burn), buyback, secondary transfer where permitted, or extension into the next term. The applicable models are shown on each offering page. Exit follows the agreed procedure and reserve; it is not a guarantee of principal repayment.
How do I know the records are real?
Every distribution's calculation summary is hashed (SHA-256) and anchored on the TRON blockchain, and every allotment carries a Proof of Investment — transaction hash, block number, agreement version, KYC version. You can verify both on Tronscan without trusting the platform. See the On-chain Proof guide.
How does the referral program work?
You get one personal code and link. When someone signs up through it and their subscription is confirmed, a reward accrues to you as the direct referrer — one level only. There are no multi-level rewards and no downline structures, by design. Payouts are enabled per country following legal review, settle monthly after a four-eyes review, and are cancelled if the underlying subscription is refunded.
How is my deposit kept safe before allotment?
Each subscription gets its own dedicated deposit address. Funds move through segregated stages — Subscription Wallet during the raise, then the SPV's multi-signature treasury, then project escrow — with every movement recorded against a transaction hash and reconciled with the ledger. No single key can move investor funds, and all outbound transfers require four-eyes admin approval. If an offering does not complete, deposits are refunded.
What network and asset do I use to pay?
USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. Sending any other asset, or USDT over any other network, may result in permanent loss. The deposit screen shows your dedicated address with a QR code and the exact amount.
Investment risk, plainly
These are securities-type investments in real businesses. Distributions depend on project revenue and can be zero in any month. You can lose part or all of your principal. Units are locked for the MVP period, so treat the 24-month term as your horizon.
No fixed return, no principal guarantee, no exceptions — any material telling you otherwise does not come from us. Read the risk disclosure and investment agreement of each offering before subscribing.
