Why KCWorld

Real project cash flow, on-chain discipline

K-Culture businesses generate real revenue — memberships, commerce, AI services. KCWorld structures each core project as an independent RWA offering with its own SPV, and makes every step of subscription, distribution and exit verifiable.

01

Project-selective investing

You choose the project you invest in. Funds flow only to that project's SPV and execution — never pooled, never re-allocated at the operator's discretion.

02

Monthly USDT distributions

Distributable profit is calculated from each project's actual revenue, with the full basis disclosed — revenue, costs, reserve and per-unit amounts. Distributions vary with project performance.

03

On-chain proof

Allotments are minted as per-project RWA tokens (transfer-locked in the MVP) and distribution summaries are hash-anchored on-chain, so anyone can verify records haven't changed.

Offerings

Three core projects, three independent offerings

Each offering is issued by its own SPV with segregated funds and risk. Target amounts are assumptions pending final offering documents.

The Investor Protection Framework

Distributions come from measured project revenue, not promised returns. Every layer of the structure — legal, custodial, on-chain — is designed so you never have to take our word for it.

01

Legal rights, bound 1:1

Every RWA is issued against a version-managed investment agreement with the project SPV. No token without the contract behind it.

02

Asset & fund segregation

Per-project SPVs, with staged custody — Subscription Wallet → SPV Treasury → Project Escrow — reconciled TxHash-to-ledger at every step.

03

Permissioned token

RWA can exist only in KYC-verified, country-cleared, whitelisted wallets. In the MVP, transfers are fully locked: mint, burn and recovery only.

04

Proof of Investment

Every allotment records investor, amount, TxHash, block number, agreement version and KYC version — verifiable on-chain, independent of the platform.

05

Multi-sig treasury

No single key ever controls investor funds. Multi-signature wallets, cold storage and a four-eyes approval workflow govern every outbound transfer.

06

Regular reporting

Quarterly business reports per project, monthly distribution statements with the full calculation basis, and an annual external audit [to be appointed].
